Rock Tree Winery
Rock Tree Winery is a boutique winery nestled just outside Jacksboro, TX. Our name is inspired by the majestic oak trees on our property, which have grown through and around overside rocks. Creating a breathtaking natural landscape.

The Vineyard
At our vineyard, we proudly cultivate three exceptional grape varieties:
Tempranillo: A renowned black grape variety celebrated for producing full-bodied red wines. Its popularity in Texas is attributed to its high productivity in the region's warm climate.
Chenin Blanc: This versatile white grape variety shines in the creation of sparkling, sweet, and dry white wines. Chenin Blanc wines are often characterized by their softer body and acidity.
Blanc du Bois: An American hybrid white wine grape, Blanc du Bois offers a distinct floral and fruity flavor profile reminiscent of the Muscat family.
We source additional juice from the high plains and central Texas, ensuring that all of our grapes are 100% Texas-grown.
Future Hours of Operation
· Thursday – appointment only (will open from 3pm -6pm later in 2026)
· Friday & Saturday – 1pm to 7pm
· Sunday 2pm – 6pm
· Closed Monday – Wednesday
